01What this page is

A directory. It describes three tools made by the same person — YerTaxes, YerTruth and YerTerminal — and links to them. It does nothing else.

02Each tool has its own terms

When you follow a link from here you arrive at a separate site with its own terms and its own privacy notice, shown to you there. Those govern your use of that tool. If anything on this page disagrees with them, theirs are what count.

03The YER token

YER is a token on Solana. Holding it gives tiered access to the YerTaxes tools, and the plan is to open YerTerminal's closed beta first to wallets holding 10,000,000 or more of it. That is all it does, and the second of those is a plan rather than a promise: it can change or be dropped, and holding YER entitles you to nothing. It has no intrinsic value. It is not a security, a share, a deposit or an investment product, and it confers no ownership, equity, profit share, vote or rights of any kind.

Its price can fall to zero. Nobody here is working to make it rise, and nothing on this page or any of the three sites is a promise that it will. The maker may hold YER and may buy or sell it at any time without notice. Do not buy it expecting to make money.

04There is no YerTruth coin and no YerTerminal coin

Neither of those sites has issued a token. YerTruth takes payment in coins you already hold; YerTerminal takes no payment at all. Anything presented as a YerTruth or YerTerminal coin, presale or airdrop is not from us, whoever presents it.

05Fakes

The real sites are the ones this page links to, and nothing else. Nobody connected with YER will ever message you first, ask for a seed phrase or a private key, or ask you to "validate", "sync" or "migrate" a wallet. Anyone who does is a thief. Check the address bar before you connect a wallet to anything.

06No advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nobody here is licensed to give any. Crypto can go to zero. Only risk what you can afford to lose entirely.

07What this page keeps

Nothing. There are no accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no forms. Like any website, the company that hosts it can see ordinary connection logs. The three tools keep different things, and each says what in its own privacy notice.

08As it is

This page and everything it links to are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind. Any of it can change, break or be taken down without notice. Descriptions of what a tool does are descriptions, not promises, and "soon" means an intention rather than a date.

09No liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, nobody connected with YER is liable to you for anything arising from this page or from following a link on it, including losses from trading, from a token's price, or from a site impersonating one of ours.

10Who may use it

Not if you are under 18, in a sanctioned jurisdiction, on a sanctions list, or anywhere that using these tools would break the law. Working out which of those apply to you is yours to do.

11Changes

These terms can change. The version at the top changes when they do.
